Ringside's Wall Mount Heavy Duty Heavy Bag Hanger is built to hang the heaviest of heavy bags and endure the day to day gym use for years to come. Made from structural quality steel for superior strength. When mounting, 3/4 in. plywood should be attached to the wall. The upper bracket then attaches to two wood studs through the plywood. The lower bracket is attached through the plywood. Plywood is not required when mounting to concrete walls.
